The Fit Influence strives to help individuals reach TOTAL HEALTH through the love of physical fitness. Our comprehensive fitness program is designed for all ages that promote self-confidence, positive attitudes, increased energy and stress management. We offer fitness consultations, foundational education, and customized fitness training to provide every client with a variety of methods to achieve TOTAL HEALTH and WELLNESS.
Fitness Consultations
The Fit Influence offers an initial free fitness consultation to determine if you can safely embark upon an exercise program. You will receive a program that has been individually created to suit your wellness level and your fitness goals. We will evaluate the following areas to establish a baseline in determining your fitness objectives:
