In the past, I have always signed up for gym memberships and wasted years of money never really committing to working out. I would always make some kind of excuse as to why I was “too tired” or “too busy” to make the trip to the gym. I hired personal trainers who tried to put me into this fitness box that did not work for my body goals or my dynamic work schedule. After years of corporate travels and unhealthy eating habits, I decided I wanted to make a change. 

 

When I first started working out with TFI, they simply asked me one question “Show me a picture of your dream body”, I presented a picture of my favorite celebrity and we immediately went to work.

 

I have now gotten the point to where I look forward to my gym sessions and have actively improved my eating lifestyle. I developed a better relationship with food. I intentionally replaced unhealthy and junk foods with healthier meals, fruits, and vegetables. I started to eat lean, energy-boosting foods consistently throughout the day.

 

Throughout my weightless journey, I have constantly received compliments about my transformation and it has really boosted my confidence and has motivated me to treat each day as a success to reach my goals.
