I was one of those college athletes who thought that I didn’t need a trainer to get into shape—I was very wrong. My first workout at TFI was a great example of my mistake in judgment. TFI quickly diagnosed my strengths and weaknesses within two sessions. We created a clear and concise plan to reach my body goal, target my weakness and overhaul my diet and calorie consumption. I was 240 lbs, with lower back pain, knee pain, and a host of other deficiencies from improper techniques. Together, week by week, we corrected each of these deficiencies through a variety of functional weight training, core stability training, meal planning, and consistent accountability check-ins. I can proudly say that I am now 202 lbs, stronger than ever, without any aches and ailments. Without the guidance of TFI  I wouldn’t have achieved any of this.
