TFI has excellent trainers that are dedicated to cultivating a healthy lifestyle for his clients. I can tell that they are passionate about work, and are outstanding at this particular craft. I began working with TFI in February of 2019. Prior to working out with TFI, I did not pay attention to my diet, and my workout routine primarily consisted of cardio exercise. I work out with the TFI staff three times a week for approximately an hour each session. We incorporate cardio as well as toning and strength training into our workouts. TFI also helps me be more mindful of my diet. I noticed immediate results as soon as I began working out at TFI. Prior to my workouts, I gained a lot of weight around my midsection, and now I've lost several inches around my waist. My arms and legs are more toned and defined. I also noticed that I feel better physically since working out at TFI. I am so thankful for their guidance, hard work, and patience with me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to not only lose weight but to also maintain a healthy lifestyle.
